Mission
3CY is created to be a place for youth to CONNECT, GROW, and SERVE.
We are dedicated to CONNECT youth to Jesus Christ and the plans He has for them. Youth will be challenged to GROW in their faith. They will GROW by learning how to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. They will also GROW as disciples along with their understanding of God's Word. Youth will be equipped to SERVE the church and community by serving in humility like Jesus.
Vision
Our vision is to see youth in relationship with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; to worship in
reverence and awe; and to walk out KINGDOM LIFE.

Perspective
The youth are not to be viewed as the future of the church, rather as young disciples ready and willing
to serve Jesus NOW as the church. They are not the church of the future but the church of today.

How it happens:
● By getting into the Word of God and gaining understanding, knowledge, and learning the context.
● By engaging youth in open conversations about Biblical truths and creating an atmosphere where any topic can be talked about as no topic should be too taboo to discuss.
● In services by repetitive practice of worshiping, Bible reading, prayer, relationship, and overall kingdom lifestyle.
● In Sunday school by learning Biblical principles, Biblical history, and life application.
● Through special events or classes by connecting with each other and having fun!
● In outreaches by youth stepping out of their comfort zone, leaning into the Holy Spirit for guidance, and following through in His leading.
